Event Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to events offered by Women of Today’s Manufacturing (“WOTM”) unless a specific event registration form states different terms. Please review the terms shown on the applicable Jotform before submitting payment.

Registration

A registration is complete when the required form has been submitted and any required payment has been successfully processed. Space may be limited. WOTM may close registration when capacity is reached or when the stated registration deadline passes.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Jotform and Square. WOTM does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Any payment-processing terms displayed by those providers also apply.

Attendee Cancellations

Refund eligibility and cancellation deadlines may vary by event and will be stated on the event’s registration form when applicable. If no event-specific deadline is stated, submit a request through our Contact page before the event. Approval will be determined based on commitments already made for the event. No-shows are not eligible for a refund unless the event-specific registration terms state otherwise.

Processing Fees

Payment-processing or platform fees may be nonrefundable where they cannot be recovered by WOTM. Any such deduction will be disclosed when a refund is processed.

Substitutions

WOTM may allow another eligible attendee to use a registration when requested before the event. Some programs, member-only events, or personalized registrations may not permit substitutions.

Event Cancellation by WOTM

If WOTM cancels an event and does not offer a replacement date, paid registration fees will be refunded to the original payment method. WOTM is not responsible for travel, lodging, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by an attendee.

Postponement or Material Changes

If an event is postponed, registrations will normally transfer to the new date. When practical, registered attendees will be offered an option to request a refund by a stated deadline. WOTM may make reasonable changes to speakers, schedules, activities, or venue details without offering a refund when the overall event remains substantially as described.

Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Safety comes first. Weather, public-health concerns, venue issues, government action, or other circumstances beyond WOTM’s control may require postponement, relocation, format changes, or cancellation. WOTM will communicate available options to registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
